• Technical data: truncated IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, date and time of access (see Section 06 — Server Logs).
• Inquiry content: messages, attachments, and any other information you submit via forms or email.

• Responding to inquiries and pre-contractual communication.
• Performance of agreed engineering, fabrication, or consulting services.

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits technical information that is recorded in server log files: truncated IP address, date and time, requested page, response code, browser identifier, and operating system.

These logs serve only to ensure stable operation, detect attacks, and improve the site. Log entries are deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 30 days.

07Contact form & inquiries

Information submitted through our contact form or used-machine inquiry form is processed exclusively to handle your request and possible follow-up communication.

No data is shared with third parties. Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by Swiss commercial or tax law.

08Third parties & tracking

This website uses no external tracking services (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no social-media trackers). Fonts are hosted locally — no requests to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs occur.

Embedded third-party content (e.g. video) is loaded only after explicit consent.

09Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or manipulation. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.

Hosting is provided by data centres located in Switzerland or the EU/EEA. Where processors outside these regions are necessary, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision will apply.

10Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Information about the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion of your data, unless retention is legally required.
• Restriction of processing in specific cases.
• Withdrawal of any consent you previously gave.
